Yu Youhan

Yu Youhan, born in 1943 in Shanghai, is a prominent Chinese contemporary artist known for his innovative approach to traditional Chinese ink painting. He studied at the Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts and has since developed a unique style that blends traditional techniques with modern concepts. His work often explores themes of identity and cultural heritage, and he has exhibited widely both in China and internationally, including significant shows at the Shanghai Art Museum and the National Art Museum of China.
