Being Art Museum

Being Art Museum, Pudong Shanghai is the first public art museum in Pudong New Area initiated and funded by the Pudong New Area People’s Government, integrating collection, research, exhibitions, aesthetic education, cultural exchange, and public service.

In 2022, it became a council member of the Shanghai Art Museum Association. Located in a prime position within the Being International Community in Jinqiao, Pudong, the museum has a total gross floor area of approximately 5,100 square meters, including around 1,900 square meters of exhibition space, two terrace gardens on the third floor, and a nearly 400-square-meter underground storage facility with constant temperature and humidity control.

The museum is committed to developing a “new museum” model centered on the concept of “New Shanghai-style (Neo-Haipai) culture.”
