Founded in 2014 on the Bund in Shanghai, Matthew Liu Fine Arts has been dedicated to cultivating contemporary artists who possess a profound understanding of classical philosophy and aesthetics in Eastern and Western art. In the past nine years, Matthew Liu Fine Arts has successfully launched solo exhibitions for established contemporary masters, including Eduardo Arranz-Bravo, Olivo Barbieri, Candida Höfer, Santi Moix, Vik Muniz, Chen Qiang, Huang Yuanqing, Qu Fengguo, Shen Chen, Yang Yongliang, and more. Simultaneously, the gallery has showcased exciting exhibitions for emerging young artists, such as Thomas Canto, Luong Thai, Qi Lei, Guo Guozhu, Mao Guanshuai, and others.
