Pillars Gallery

Pillars Gallery, founded in 2025, is located along Suzhou Creek within the historic Guang’er Warehouse in Shanghai. Named after “Pillar”, the gallery not only extends the cultural symbolism of「棟梁」(Dongliang) but also resonates with the column-filled interior, invoking ideas of foundation, support, connection, and extension. Pillars Gallery aspires to serve as a pillar connecting history and the future, and art with the public, cultivating a space for reflection and engagement through dialogues between tradition and the contemporary.
