Founded in Shanghai in 2025, Project Lai focuses on the emergence of art. While capturing the most vibrant and immediate artistic development, Lai seeks to recover cultural phenomena that have been overlooked or forgotten. Through pop-up exhibitions, Lai intervenes in the public sphere, activating diverse spaces and media platforms across this city.
